open ssl package version
what is the difference between 7.2 and 7.4 here?
openssl-1.0.1e-42.el6_7.2. x86_64
openssl-1.0.1e-42.el6_7.4. x86_64.rpm
openssl-1.0.1e-42.el6_7.2.
openssl-1.0.1e-42.el6_7.4.
If memory serves, you'd dump the changelog for 7.3 + 7.4 to see all changes, so likely something like the following will provide you a list of all changes...
rpm -q --changelog openssl-1.0.1e-42.el6_7.3.x86_64.rpm
rpm -q --changelog openssl-1.0.1e-42.el6_7.4.x86_64.rpm
