I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It only scans "sensitive types", by default names or addresses are not such. You can create custom sensitive types though: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Create-a-custom-sensitive-information-type-82c382a5-b6db-44fd-995d-b333b3c7fc30

It's not that complicated, but it takes some getting used to, so you can also watch this full session on the topic: https://youtu.be/fCHBI5q6WuA
