Why does Acrobat not stay signed in?

I use Adobe Send and Track in Outlook to send a link for the recipient of an email message to download a file that is too big for most email systems.   When I choose Adobe Send and Track then click the file I want to send, I get a message that I need to sign in to Adobe.   Even when I have already signed in, it still gives this error message.

Have you subscribed for Adobe Acrobat Cloud?

Adobe Send and Track is not a free service.

Do you mean "Adobe Document Cloud"?   There are so many Adobe programs.   I have Adobe Acrobat DC.   Not sure if this includes Adobe Document Cloud.   Adobe Send And Track has worked in the past with my current configuration.
It is not about your configuration.

The adobe account you have signed in does not have a valid subscription for using the service.

Have you paid US$19.9 annual subscription fee to Adobe to use the service?
Not that I recall.   I will do this and see if it makes any difference.

Thank you.   I checked my subscription and downloaded the latest version of Acrobat DC.   Now it works.
