Our scenario is 3 users trying to access all ex-staff email(5 users, 10GB of disk space in PST's absorbed), indexed, and searchable from their Outlook's on Terminal Server and locally (2x Outlooks). What would be the process to easily access these ex-staff accounts for all staff to use?
Suggestions have been to use Public Folders or local PST copies. Ideally, we don't want to copy/paste PSTs on the network and to manage over time would be an issue.
Any other thoughts or suggestions?
