Mail Archiving solution for SBS2011

Our scenario is 3 users trying to access all ex-staff email(5 users, 10GB of disk space in PST's absorbed), indexed, and searchable from their Outlook's on Terminal Server and locally (2x Outlooks). What would be the process to easily access these ex-staff accounts for all staff to use?

Suggestions have been to use Public Folders or local PST copies. Ideally, we don't want to copy/paste PSTs on the network and to manage over time would be an issue.

Any other thoughts or suggestions?

Hi,

10GB is not really very much.

You could just drop it into an ex-Staff mailbox or public folder, and have them access it from there.

If you were talking hundreds of GB that might be different.

Keep emails on server and give users access to it over Outlook, or import emails to users email profiles to some folder, but share mailboxes on server with users is the best way to do it because you will have one copy for all users.
