How to create a domain user and how to see their hashes?
I type: dsa.msc and give me error
Then i open cmd.exe and i type:  net group /dom "domain admins"

administrator          alexr.a               backup_agent
BackupOperator           ciscovpnadmin            el

1.how to create new domain user with administrators rights?
2.how to extract their hases?where can i find their hashes?For extracting the hases i followed this 2 tut. with no succes:

the problem is can't find this :

You do not need to install PowerShell 5 on the server. You can run this remotely

dsa.msc works if you either have ad installed  or you may install admin tools from your windows server CD to have the access.

It will be easy to create user from GUI, normal properties which are frequently in use, you will find all it there.
