For example, domain changed from https://abc123.com to https://abc234.com, what is the best way to change website names in SBS2008 to the new site address?

you just need to change the bindings in IIS. no big deal.

Hi Jose, in IIS, SBS Web Applications, right click, edit binding and change Host Name from remote.companyname.com to remote.newcompanyname.com.

Of course make changes to the security cert and DNS records for it to take place.
