Heloo,

can I disable user in AD, but access it's mailbox via OWA?

or it can I see it's e-mail only if I give myself Full Access Rights on his mailbox and view e-mails in Outlook?

If you disable user account in AD then you can't login to its mailbox using OWA and his/her credentials. But you can grant full mailbox access to another user and then connect this mailbox as additional mailbox. In this case the (source) user account can be disabled.

Hi,

I think the same as Dariusz. If you disable AD account, the mailbox cannot log in. If you want to have a mailbox, it will created a new user in Active Directory too.
