"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

AnyConnect 2.5 Really? You should be using at least version 3 preferably version 4

Anyway to fix you problem  - If you cant upgrade to a newer version of AnyConnect you will need to get a copy of the AnyConnect version 2 profile editor and specify multiple local logins (in new versions it's built into the ASDM and it get updated, when you upload the new version of AnyConnect,  so you don't need the offline profile editor any more)

Heres me doing it scroll down to the profile editor bit. good luck getting a copy of the version 2.5 profile editor though :(
