PDF EDITING SOFTWARE
Hi,
I have a PDF document with company logo, boxes and lines along with text (letters and numbers including $ signs). Is there a software that I can buy (or free) that allows me to open existing PDF document and change contents (mainly changing text and numbers) and let me save changed contents as PDF file?
Thanks.

If the file is editable (OCR or other way), I use Adobe Acrobat V2017 to edit PDF files.

Lots of software can do this. Other experts have already recommended Adobe Acrobat (which I have) and Foxit PhantomPDF (which I do not have), so I'll mention two others:
(1) Nuance's Power PDF Advanced: It is reasonably priced ($71 at Amazon) and has many of the same capabilities as Acrobat. Here are two EE videos and an article showing a few of its advanced features:
Batch Conversion of PDF, TIFF, and Other Image Formats via Command Line Interface to PDF, PDF Searchable, and TIFF with Power PDF Advanced
Bates Stamping/Numbering of PDF Files with Power PDF Advanced
Convert Scanned Image-Only PDF Files to PDF Searchable Image Files via OCR with Power PDF Advanced
In your case, since you don't need the advanced features, you can probably get away with Power PDF Standard, which is less expensive ($40 at Amazon).
(2) Tracker's PDF-XChange Editor: Here are a few EE videos showing some of its features:
How to rotate pages in a PDF with free software
How to OCR pages in a PDF with free software
How to password-protect a PDF with free software
As the video titles indicate, those features are in its free version, but you'll need one of the paid versions in order to edit PDFs — the free version can't do it. Fortunately, the prices at the Tracker website are reasonable — $43.50 for PDF-XChange Editor and $54.50 for PDF-XChange Editor Plus (both can do what you need).
As a disclaimer, I want to emphasize that I have no affiliation with any of the companies mentioned in this post and no financial interest in them whatsoever. I am simply a happy user/customer. Regards, Joe

I tried trial version of foxit PhantomPDF and it is quite nice. I can replace existing text or perform Search/Replace on existing text while keeping all existing lines and tables. The only thing that I noticed in Search & Replace was that when I entered like 4 words, it could not find it. But if I do search one word, it worked like a charm.
