Each time I try to use the Snipping tool's email functionality, I recieve the following message: <br />

The default email program is set to Windows 2016. <br />

Each time I try to use the Snipping tool's email functionality, I recieve the following message:

Windows 10 Snipping Tool Broken After Update to 1709
