asked on MS office 2016 Stopped working
I have Office 365 business subscription. On Monday, Office 2016 stopped working, I have removed using the tools provided by microsoft, run cccleaner to remove all registry entries, etc. I don't see office in my computer anymore, however when I try to re-install the installed just hangs on "getting things ready", it has been there for almost 10hr now.
Our internet speeds are 25up, 55down, so I don't think this is a speed issue.

I ended up downloading a similar tool (MS Support for Office 365) from the Office 365 portal to remove MS Office and run the installation again. It worked after the third time.
