Please can you try creating a new Excel workbook, and just put some random text in the first few rows, then try to do the print rows settings again, and let us know if that works.<br />
<br />
If so, then it might be a corrupt file.<br />

Did you try using the Print Titles button on the Page Layout tab in the ribbon ?
Do you get the same result ?

I have an Hp Printer and I am attempting to print out sheets<br />

But when i try to enter the rows I want to print it is grayed out.<br />

I uninstalled the Printer and reinstalled and have the Same issue.<br />

Printing Sheets issue in Excel 2016
