Limit Bandwidth in Advanced options

I would like to limit the amount of bandwidth used to get Windows 10 updates and limit the Upload amount. What are the best settings? Limit Bandwidth in Advanced options

Check the box limit and then set it to a low number, this will take a long time to download the update when available.
Do you have multiple systems, one option you can have one system retrieve and share it with your Other LAN computers.
Windows 10 updates from version to version 1503,1511,1603,1703,1710 are a 5GB download.

The items is not by how much, the question is how much of your bandwidth do you want to use for this purpose.
