Maybe my googlefu is failing me this morning as this doesn't seem like that hard a thing to do but I digress...<br />

I have to regularly send out an email to two recipients notifying when work is starting or stopping on a given project. Ideally what I'd love is two buttons on my ribbon (one for start, one for stop). I click the given one and i get a prompt to enter a project code. Click ok and boom, subject line of text text [projectcode] goes out with the email body saying stuff stuff [projectcode] [datesent]<br />

Am i losing my marbles here or have i just not had enough coffee this morning?

Office 365 is a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers.
