Simple prefilled Outlook 365 template with a prompt

Maybe my googlefu is failing me this morning as this doesn't seem like that hard a thing to do but I digress...

I have to regularly send out an email to two recipients notifying when work is starting or stopping on a given project. Ideally what I'd love is two buttons on my ribbon (one for start, one for stop). I click the given one and i get a prompt to enter a project code. Click ok and boom, subject line of text text [projectcode] goes out with the email body saying stuff stuff [projectcode] [datesent]

Am i losing my marbles here or have i just not had enough coffee this morning?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
