i can't connect on wind. server 2012 more then 2 users,i tried to install: install Roles - RD Licensing , but too complicate for me, is there anotehr way? a patch or something?

is not my server im just a simple user with admin rights
OK, you'll have to talk to whoever is responsible for the server to have them set it up.
The answer you were given is the correct answer. You or someone or the owner of the server must properly configure RDS to do what you want. There is no shortcut workaround, or legal way to do it another way.
If you don't have the skills to do this yourself, then you need to hire a professional to do it for you. Like any other service you need done.
