then, both users can export into one centralized place
then, the info is exported into Outlook/Exchange directory which accessible by everyone

Thanks for the info.
We are looking for app to simplify the process.
The app should be ease to use and preferable free.
Allow export into .csv format like.
The app will be used by different user and allow export into one centralized place.
Then, the info is exported into Outlook/Exchange directory.
