I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you talking about the notification bar?   I highly doubt a notification can be triggered with an arbitrary text message.

Notifications are generated by applications that reside on a user's phone, and require explicit permissions.  Otherwise, anyone could spam your phone with a simple sms ....

what I talking about is sending a text message which I doing right now with <cfmail tag but message will apear on the screen and the message box. Just like when you get a popup

That's still something that's controlled by user settings.  The user determines whether or not the phone displays a popup summary when text messages arrive.  I highly doubt that's something arbitrary text messages could override.  Again, because it would allow anyone to spam your phone.... (AFAIK, there aren't any other options besides the notification bar and text message popups, neither of which are viable here). The concept is similar to how browsers work. Some settings can't be overridden server side, they must be explicitly allowed by the client browser.
