Symantec Endpoint Protection shows every client 'offline'

Dear all.,
a.)we used Symantec to protect our PC. and always I checked PC status on management endpoint.
and one day i find every one shows "offline",but actually i'm sure they are active.
how to deal it?
b.)i think C driver is full.but how can i clean it?

To get info on used space, use WinDirStat as SYSTEM

You can use CircularLogArchiver to archive old data

You sure clients can access the server? Is server firewall allowing connections?

Because about 2 weeks ago , I also received the e-mail, shows online....
