weather still showing in outlook 2016 and with a wrong format

What do you do to "correct" the problem temporarily?

Also, you might take a look in Control Panel -> Region and check the settings on your system there, since it looks like you are having trouble with number formats in two different parts of Outlook.

Thank you for your answer.

What i have done till now is to re-add the weather location since is disappearing and Washington is getting back as the default and the only weather location... Additionally i disable and enable the option to show the weather in calendar under outlook -> File -> options -> calendar -> weather. sometimes after doing that the problem solved but not always and not after outlook restart. additionally if i was choosing to not showing weather it was working until the next restart of outlook.

Additionally and what is happening now is that, the weather is disabled but when select a new appointment the reminder times are showing wrong. After enable the weather and if the weather is showing correct then the time remidner is showing correct too. Somehow the time reminder format is related with the temperature showing format.... strange things i cannot understand...
