Single Mailbox management solution

Dear Community,

We have on premises Exchange 2013 setup and we have a mailbox that is used by 20+ users in our environment by sharing same credentials. Due to our business nature we can't change it but what we require is that whoever is using it and performing any activities, we need to track those activities.

Please note option of Shared Mailbox or mailbox logging is not ideal so please suggest any better tool that can be integrated or any better solution that can serve our purpose.

Exchange does not have any built in features for this type of tracking.  You'd be better suited looking into taking the emails from that account and dumping them into some sort of CRM, like SalesForce or Connectwise.
