How do I make sure that a laptop shows the local time zone?

I have an end user who travels between several different timezones daily and needs his computer to reflect the proper timezone. How do I set this up? He typically is on the network, so if it is something we can do in AD, it might be the best way. Any ideas? This is a Windows computer- either 7 or 10.

Make sure "set time zone automatically" is checked. As well as "set time automatically".

The previous advice works in Windows 10. Windows 7 would require third party software. One such program: http://www.godotandco.com/

However, given that you can upgrade from Windows 7 to 10, I'd just do that instead unless there is a major reason that prevents you from doing such.
