How do I make sure that a laptop shows the local time zone?

I have an end user who travels between several different timezones daily and needs his computer to reflect the proper timezone. How do I set this up? He typically is on the network, so if it is something we can do in AD, it might be the best way. Any ideas? This is a Windows computer- either 7 or 10.
