Just wanted some reccomendation online for books etc... which focus on improving your learning skills. Helping in finding out or observing how one learns and how one can improve it.

Some Important tips for learning:
You need to improve you speed of reading, Focus on speed first, your level of understanding will improve with practice.
We forget some parts of what we learn in about an hour after reading,  unless we practice it or go over it regularly.
Circle important words with a marker.
Taking Notes is one of the most common and effective forms of repetition.
Teaching / talking to someone else will review what you leaned.
