"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Many options.  The simplest would be to create the message as a txt file, and zip it up using, say, 7-zip and AES-256 encryption.  Pre-share the key via some other means, and have the second user decrypt like that.

Lots of other options though - GPG for example.

Thank you , I need to that through outlook 2013
Yes - encrypted zip would work for any mail client at all (as long as you can attach files).

If you wanted to go with somethink like GPG then this is a good guide:

Python 3 Fundamentals

This course will teach participants about installing and configuring Python, syntax, importing, statements, types, strings, booleans, files, lists, tuples, comprehensions, functions, and classes.

Have a look at the following article: HOW TO ENCRYPT MESSAGES IN OUTLOOK 2013. Encryption is built into Outlook, which will protect the mail while it is being transmitted over the wire.
If however you want to encrypt the text so that it is visually obfuscated, have a look at a free tool called Encipher it. I think this could be a good solution to what you are trying to achieve.

as email not as attachment
GPG is not just attachments - it is the whole email.

Did you read the link I gave above?
