How I can Encrypt/Decrypt messages between 2 users (tow email address) only   they using outlook 2013 , so these messages be secret between them ?
if the messages delivered to someone else out of these tow not open and show as encrypted message ....

Hi,

Many options.  The simplest would be to create the message as a txt file, and zip it up using, say, 7-zip and AES-256 encryption.  Pre-share the key via some other means, and have the second user decrypt like that.

Lots of other options though - GPG for example.

Yes - encrypted zip would work for any mail client at all (as long as you can attach files).

Have a look at the following article: HOW TO ENCRYPT MESSAGES IN OUTLOOK 2013. Encryption is built into Outlook, which will protect the mail while it is being transmitted over the wire.
If however you want to encrypt the text so that it is visually obfuscated, have a look at a free tool called Encipher it. I think this could be a good solution to what you are trying to achieve.

GPG is not just attachments - it is the whole email.
