OME Viewer for Windows

I have some users in US, and thy are asking for a OME viewer. I have been looking at the internet by Google, and all I can find is for IOS and Android.

There computers are using Windows 10 and MS Office 2013.

What can I do to help my users ?
Does anyone know a good OME Viewer I can install for them ?

Outlook and Gmail Web Client don't need anything added
