I want to display images and videos from website to LED Tv or LCD Tv.Is it possible to install chrome on Normal LED Tv,Not a Smart Tv.  If any one know , Reply to me

Can't be done, buy an arduino and use another hdmi input if you wish to browse the web

as I stated use the HDMI port and change your hdmi port to use the output from the computer running chrome (I suggested an Arduino)

If we are using chromecast, every tv wants the individual chrome cast.Right

That's right. but I think you can select only one TV to display.

Also Check if Miracast is supported on your PC and TV.
