Unable to mount Mailbox database

I'm unable to mount the only Database of an Exchange 2010 server.

Mount-Database -Identity "Mailbox Database 0699577005" -Force -Verbose

I've checked logs and database with eseutil everything is OK.

You can try three option:

1) Perform dial tone recovery and then restore data from backup. Quick and bring users without data.
2) Restore the db from backup and replace the current db and mount it. Could take time to restore, also data loss risk is present, as data after backup cannot be restored.
3) Move or remove all logs from db folder. Just keep .edb file and use  EMS and mount db with -force command. It could work or not. I tired and 90% it worked for me.

Finally, if you don't want to use any above option, open MS case.

Do you have any events when you tried to mount database?

You can restore data from backup. If you don't have backup then you can also use Stellar Phoenix Mailbox Exchange Recovery to mount corrupt Exchange database. Download the software from here: https://www.stellarinfo.com/edb-exchange-server-recovery.htm

Thanks for your comments.

In fact the solution was pretty simple: The database file has the read-only attribute. After I unchecked the read-only check box and tried to mount the database, everything is OK.
I don't know why the old IT company has done that...
