I get a 550 error message for one of our email address that I have created in cpanel. I know I'm typing it correctly and it's the only email address that does not work. I've tried deleting it from Cpanel and creating it again, same issue. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm the admin for my VPS so I have access to WHM and cPanel. I've already tried deleting and recreating the email address and that didn't resolve anything. What forwarding rules should I be looking at as I don't have any setup in cPanel for this email address?
