You may need to change CPU and heatsink.

you need to test another CPU and heatsink to make sure if CPU is the issue. it can also be your Motherboard.

Try to Update BIOS and check if it can fix the issue.

How old is that Mother board ?

if updating BIOS didn't fix the issue then you need to check MOBO and even CPU.

what motherboard is this?
i had a problem like that, and was able to remove the cooling fin, supplied new heatpaste - and it still runs
btw - are you overclocking?   that is also a known cause for overheating.
if so, step it down a notch or 2

Temperature 66°C is pretty normal temperature for passively cooled bridge. Typically, I would strongly recommend against changing heatpaste on bridge, unless you are tried everything else first. Generally, depending on room environment, PC case design (airflow), and component placement inside of PC case - temperature that can be expected with passively cooled bridge temperature is in range 50-70°C.
when i get into the game PC go in restart evereytime
Any game, or some specific game. That still does not mean that problem is bridge temperature. Did you check your RAM for errors Memtest 86+ (generally can be found on any linux installation during boot)? Potential problem can also be GPU.

that mobo - is it ASus?  mine was
also check the etemperature with speedfan too - to be sure it's no false reading, and feel with your finger, or a thermometer on it

According to Intel Max temperature of H61 (and some other) chipset is Tj,max - 108 °C (page 11).
And here you can see someone measured 100 °C for chipset while playing game (before playing 65 °C. It's not great, but it was still operational.
