Intel Chipset to high temp ( 66 C )

i have some problems with my MOBO ... in my bios says that my temp is 20-30C, but in HWmonitor or Speccy says its matherboard temp 65-66c and its static ... even in my startup shows that " 66" i try evrething i can ( formating windwos many time ,, change termal past, i put a deep cool on it ) and its same problem again says 66deegre ... cansomeone help me with it !!???? Tnx

its not the prbolem with my CPU ... but with chip .. when i get into the game PC go in restart evreytime :S // ,,,,

You may need to change CPU and heatsink.

you need to test another CPU and heatsink to make sure if CPU is the issue. it can also be your Motherboard.
Your help has saved me hundreds of hours of internet surfing.

How do you find out motherboard temp  is High ?

i download programs that shows temp lik HWmonitor and SPECYY both of tham shows me the same temp 66C ... but when i tuch the chipsat i dont feel that temp on it .. i think is somthing with controler of temp in motherboard or spawn but olso the malwarebytes didt show me spaws i dont know what to do anymore .... same think all time 66-66-66 C ... ( and lik i sad in the game when i go to play the pc restarting cuz temp is high ) .?!

Try to Update BIOS and check if it can fix the issue.  

How old is that Mother board ?

if updating BIOS didn't fix the issue then you need to check MOBO and even CPU.

what motherboard is this?
 i had a problem like that, and was able to remove the cooling fin, supplied new heatpaste - and it still runs
btw - are you overclocking?   that is also a known cause for overheating.
if so, step it down a notch or 2

also check the etemperature with speedfan too - to be sure it's no false reading, and feel with your finger, or a thermometer on it
