Chrome has built-in Flash support. In rare cases I've seen Chrome without Flash, in which case you'll need to install the version of Flash that it requires, which is called Pepper Flash (and is also used by Opera and Vivaldi). It appears as PPAPI in the version drop-down here:

Firefox supports Flash, and you'll need to install the standard Adobe Flash Player plugin for it from here:
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
