activesync logs

which exchange server logs (2010) may give clues as to whether a users is using active sync to sync to his exchange mailbox?

and if the employees active directory account was disabled, which is tied to his exchange mailbox, would that end the active sync to their device, or would the exchange logs still show the device trying to sync to the mailbox (even though it would not sync as the account was disabled), or would the disablement of the AD account cease to create new active sync logs in exchange?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

once the account is disabled, Active sync will stop working due to authentication issue, you should still be able to get logs from the same, you can the CAS IIS logs for the same.
