SQL Server create trigger to input current date in field when record is updated

I need to create a trigger to input current date in field when record is updated.

I am working with a front end Access database with linked SQL Server tables.

The field I want to update to current date is Update_Date.   Just want the system to automatically update this field with the current date after any field within the record is changed.

How can I write this?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Use the BeforeUpdate event of the form:

Me!Update_Date.Value = Date ' or Now to include the time.
