RightFax - Issue receiving faxes and sending at least internally...
Faxes are not routing to users email mailboxes (both at local user level and at exchange level). Oddly i do get emails stating the faxes have been received and sent on properly. But they never arrive in either the rightfax user area, nor in the exchange email.
The only errors i can find:
Right Fax Server Module: event id 3312, DRF: Unable to load administrator user record. Skipping activity log scan...
The last good email that landed in an exchange mailbox was back on Monday around 3pm est. I can't find any windows updates that were applied around then, or any major changes really at that time.
I have verified that the email address it uses to deliver faxes is working properly and is not locked out etc. (note the email used to deliver faxes is different then the email address used to deliver status updates on a fax sent/received...both have been verified by logging in to them in AD and sending test emails...also i've tried putting the user id and pw info back in to the services...as well as tried changing the id's and email addresses to other id's and pw's...). Note 2: status messages are delivered properly, and state that everything is working properly basically...So if i send a fax to another internal user, i get a message back stating it was sent correctly...but the fax never shows up in the RightFax users box, or the exchange mailbox its supposed to end up in.

No shown errors / red lights in the fax manager;
No errors when services are restarted.
Exchange box has been rebooted in case there was an issue there
Right fax server has had both the services restarted several times, and the VM itself has been restarted a few times after various changes.
Note: For almost* every change that has been made, if it did not resolve the issue we removed the change after the fact.
Lines are SIP based.
We do see outside faxes coming in and landing on the fax server.
We do see inside faxes coming in and landing on the fax server.
We do see faxes sending out via the doctrans module. (so if i email a test fax, i see it come in and start sending it on)

Right issues are difficult to fix. After right fax, what is the next hop or device it is connecting. I advise you to use netmon or fiddler to find out where it is going.

Changing the group admin back to the rightfax administrator (ie red shirt), resolved our issues and allowed email faxes to flow again.
