Single page or conventional web site?

I ambuilding a website with 30 to 50 pages. There is a common theme with three different age-group aspects of it. Forum content for each of the three groups is important. There are only three or four product groups but an unknown (and increasing) number of services within each of the three groups. The forums are very important in each section.

I am trying to determine whether I should go one-page or conventional. Any help please.?
