upgrading server

Hi Guys, i have recently upgraded server from win2k3 to win2k8 (when i say recently i mean today :)) users use the old win2k3 machine to login via terminal services to use the machine, what do i need to do on the new machine so they keep their profiles?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Migrating profiles between machines is tricky.  If you were using folder redirection, there's less of a need to do that. What's in the profiles you want to keep?  I might have the users log in and then copy the contents over manually, depending on the number of users/what needs to be moved.
