hi experts,
I have a few computers on which I had no problems installing the McAfee Endpoint Protection but on two computers i'm getting error message:
McAfee Enpoint Security doesn't work on this version of Windows. An update app may be available.
all computers are on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
Anyone seen this and knows the workaround?

Make sure you are using the latest version of McAfee Endpoint Security or download the latest version.
What version of Windows 10 do you have ? Run Winver.

I have windows 10 pro
Type Winver in run command and post the version. something like 1607
if your version is 1607 then you need the latest version of McAfee Endpoint Security.

Windows 10 1703 requires Endpoint security (ENS) 10.2.1 or 10.5.1.
