That is Lenovo Hotkey. It is benign and the display should disappear after a few seconds. Does it?
If not, run either Companion System Update or ThinkPad System Update and update your drivers. Hotkey should update if it is old.
Once done, it should work properly.
If you wish to uninstall Hotkey, go to Device Manager, System Devices and find Fn and Function keys. You can uninstall it there. ThinkPads like to have Hotkey installed and the newest version works well, so I recommend updating and leaving it.
