Integration error: Instant Messaging isn’t available right now...

Hi, experts!

I try to integrate IM between Exchange Server 2010 OWA and Skype for Business Server 2015. The configuration was performed by the following article - http://blog.schertz.name/2010/11/lync-and-exchange-im-integration/
All the stages of the configuration pass without errors. But when I login to OWA I see that instant messaging does not work, IM icons are disabled and I see the following error:

"Instant Messaging isn’t available right now. The Contact List will appear when the service becomes available.."

HI STA_Admin,
Did you run Enable-CSTopology after adding Exchange as a csTrustedApplication?
Does the certificate have the correct name, both for Lync and Exchange?
Did you configure Exchange autodiscover ?

Can you see relevant error in eventviewer?
