Getting Value error on the formula helped by Rgonzo1971

I had this question after viewing Formula to add values based on the date range..

please see attached. the formula now gives error. if the date range is not in complete quarter.

Like Bill said

you are mixing dates with format dd/mm/yy and format mm/dd/yy the formula can only adjust to one of them
because if the date 01/01/01 it cannot now which one it is
