binding an ISCSI SAN to a VM

I'm stuck. \ can't seem to get my ISCSI to bind.  It sees it but it will not bind..  Here's some screen shots..  I can't seem to figure out what's wrong... Also I'm not sure of which network card belongs to which IP and which to make active and which to make standby

I have everything connected correctly!  UGH.  I sees the storage look and yet it's not there.  that's exactly what I followed...

A freaken check box! that was the problem.  ON the ESXI server I didn't have one of the fibre nic checked.  So now it sees the bindings but it's taking a very long time to RSCAN.  I'm not sure if this is a good thing.
Yes and it see's all the luns however, when I try to connect it, it's crashing/freezing the server?  I'm really at a loss... OK I have it back up and it's scanning again.  I have 4 luns it only sees 2 right now.  not sure what it's going to do. It once again sees the luns however it's frozen.
YEs a new box on the same san
I finally got it after 8 hours of work!  I had to add it manually and create a new lun with a single ISCSI connector.
It was the same issue my tech has multi fibre and it needed single.
