Exchange 2007 Reroute mail Question

Hello,
I have had a request that I have never dealt with before.
We are running Exchange 2007 on a single domain.
Is it possible to have all mail being sent from a specific mailbox go to a pre-determined address within the organization instead of going out to the original intended recipient?
