DNS SRV Record
Can anyone assist with this issue?
I need to create a DNS SRV record for my EXCHANGE 2016 Server with the company that host our domain name (bigcommerce.com), however they don't allow SRV record creation in the DNS portal only TXT records.
Is there anyway to create the SRV record using the TXT record option they allow?

Why do you need the SRV record? Can you just setup autodiscover.domain.com CNAME that points to mail.domain.com? Requires a SAN cert on your Exchange server.
If they do not provide SRV records change DNS provider. If they do not provide web gui for you, they can always add it manually to zone file.
It looks like this:
somedomainname.com. 3600 SRV 100 1 5061 sipfed.online.lync.com.

@ Olgierd Ungehojer: In your syntax "somedomainname.com. 3600 SRV 100 1 5061 sipfed.online.lync.com" I don't see the service "_autodiscover", the protocol "_tcp", the port "443", the weight or the priority.

This is record for sip service form linux dns software bind. I posted is as an example.
# _service._proto.name. TTL class SRV priority weight port target. , so in this priority is 100 and weight is 1
