I could not get the scanning feature work for this printer on my Windows 10. I could not find the driver from Ricoh website. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

How is this printer connected? If networked it can scan directly to a network folder, or to email. For details on how to set it up, see the Ricoh white papers. They have one for scan--to-folder, and another for scan-to-email. They are a little dated (Win2K is the latest version mentioned), but the information given is still valid in Win10. To set up the printer you'll find your printer is somewhat different, but you should be able to find the correct settings.

If you are connected via USB, the printer should support TWAIN/WIA and hence it should not require any special drivers either, and current versions of Windows most likely already have the correct driver. Try just adding it as a scanner in Windows.
