Silent uninstall for Nvidia drivers for VDI environment using K2 drivers

All,

Looking for a way to silently uninstall Nvidia drivers for my VDI environment.  I have several hundred virtual machines that use the K2 graphics driver, and if I push out a new driver install via PDQ Deploy it usally fails.  I have found that if I uninstall the old driver first and then push out the new driver it seems to work better.  Just looking for a better way of doing this.

This works with the K2000 Quadro in PDQ Deploy. Your string may differ but it will be in a similar key:

Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{B2FE1952-0186-46C3-BAEC-A80AA35AC5B8}_Display.Driver

...there is key:

UninstallString="C:\Windows\SysWOW64\RunDll32.EXE" "C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Installer2\InstallerCore\NVI2.DLL",UninstallPackage Display.Driver

What does yours show? Try running that UninstallString in PDQ.
