Has anyone had success connecting a Cisco ASA 5520 ver 9.2(4) to a Microsoft site to site VPN Gateway.

The VPN type is policy based since it appears route based is not supported on the 5520. I have researched a lot of resources but I'm currently stumped.
Thank you

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Root Cause: Some of the encryption proposals defined on the on prem Cisco ASA were not compatible with Azure
•        Resolution: Azure support worked with the customer to isolate the root cause of the issue and the customer removed the incompatible encryption proposals
