email script/program to send with office 365

I am looking for a program, that will create either icons or shortcuts so that when you double click on it, it will send an email using office365, and with or without an attachment.
I want to be able to configure different email jobs/triggers so that I can simply click or double click on an icon etc. and it will send to emails I configure etc.. with or without specified attachments..

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are these to your own internal Office 365 users or to general internet addresses - if always internal then you can point for smtp server at your Office 365 MX record, otherwise will need to point at an SMTP server allowed to relay.  Easiest is probably to send SMTP messages using a scipt, e.g. using a VBScript this simple script picks up all files from certain dir and attaches all files to an email.

You can soon make it a fixed file instead, choose a file using dialog box etc. and have different scripts for different things.

Thanks Steve.  This will be internal actually, however I currently have a Powershell script that works that uses office365's smtp, and port 587 with SSL, however I was hoping I could install a program that could allow this to be configured easily.

If you want something with a GUI you could build a HTA script - pick options / people / attachments you want with checkboxes / list boxes etc. but if you want a pre-built app I don't know of one, sorry.
