Hyper-V VM creation with sysprep

I have created a VM let say VM_A in Hyper-V  (and install win 2012 ) and i would like to create more VM.

I used the sysprep to the virtual hard disk which i have already created.
Then for the other VMs i need to  create the VM with out the installation of windows 2012 , copy the Virtual hard disk of VM_A to the other VM let say VM_B and rename the VM_A to VM_B.

After this then i will start the VM_B and everything will be ok or i need to do something else?

Yes, that will work, or just Export the VM, and Import.
