I don't know for sure but your best bet would be to call office 365 support as they have a lot more control than admins do. I would think this is something that can be turned off but might not be accessible to admins.

The Outlook is set not to auto accept meetings and the option under Mail -&gt; Option Message tracking to automatically hand request is turned off. They they send out an invite onbelf of someone and invite themselves the meeting is automatically accept yet if they send an invite to someone directly they are prompted to accept it<br />
