Meeting Invites are Automatically Accepted

Our Admins manage a number of mailbox of our Exec's. The Outlook is set not to auto accept meetings and the option under Mail -> Option Message tracking to automatically hand request is turned off. They they send out an invite onbelf of someone and invite themselves the meeting is automatically accept yet if they send an invite to someone directly they are prompted to accept it

So meetings that they send out as they are including themselves on the invite are getting auto accepted by the sender? If that is correct then that is normal and I don't think there is a way to change that.

Is there anyway to stop this behavior.  This never happen prior to upgrading the users to Office 365 and the migrating their mailboxes to the cloud
I don't know for sure but your best bet would be to call office 365 support as they have a lot more control than admins do. I would think this is something that can be turned off but might not be accessible to admins.
