If your internet is working properly, it's MOST LIKELY it's an ERROR at the PROGRAMMING SIDE. If it wasn't, how could I tell you this was an ASP.net based application? Because it's returning an ASP.net error! If you're network was failing in any way, you would get a BROWSER ERROR, not a SERVER SIDE APPLICATION error. The supplier is taking the easy way out, a sign that they don't really care about the customer.

I bet there's a bug in their code. If you're able to clearly explain what you're going at the time of that error occurring, they should be able to at least research into what's going on to cause it. Even if it's the result of an unexpected input, they should be able to identify that after looking into things.
