I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

AD replication takes time. Leave it for sometime, it will update by its own. Also, it depends on user count, you are updating. Remember, adding photo will increase your AD database size. If you have AD on other sites, it can impact the replication. I personally, advise not to use photo in AD.

ok, thanks a lot admit for your replay you said it's also depends on the count of the users, i've 600 users :). so it's just the time for this update. and can i have the ability to monitor the progress of this update?
another thing, can i disabled the permission for changing the employee picture from his web mail, just need from my exported data?
