Adobe Acrobat Pro DC: Trouble embedding Fonts into a PDF

My Mac version (2018) of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

has different "PDF Fixup" options than the ones described on this link.

My window looks thusly:

Their "PDF Fixup"

but theirs looks like this:

I don't have a Mac...also don't have DC...the latest version I have (on W7 Pro 64-bit) is Acrobat XI Pro, where the Preflight>Profiles dialog looks like this:

Acrobat XI Pro Preflight
Note that my "PDF fixups" section has many more entries than yours, including the critical "Embed fonts" entry. I don't know why your later-and-greater Acrobat Pro DC 2018 (Mac) doesn't have all the choices that my Acrobat XI Pro (Windows) has. I'm very sorry that I can't help you this time. Let's hope that someone with Acrobat Pro DC 2018 on a Mac jumps in. Regards, Joe
